Beezy Snaps by Bee's Knees Wellness Return Policy

Beezy Snaps Bevvy Booster Bee's Knees Wellness offer a 100%, thirty (30) day money-back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping charges) to all retail customers. If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with Beezy Snaps Bevvy Boosters by Bee's Knees Wellness, they may return the unused portion within thirty (30) days for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs). This product satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse, and shipping costs are not refundable.

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

• All items must be returned by the customer who purchased them directly from Beezy Snaps by Bee's Knees Wellness.
• All items to be returned must have a Return Order Number, obtained by emailing info@beesknees-wellness.com. This Return Order Number must be written on each carton returned.
• The return must include:
  • The original packing slip with the completed and signed return information (if applicable).
  • The unused portion of the item(s) in their original container.
  • Proper shipping cartons and packing materials should be used when returning items, and the best and most economical shipping method is suggested.
  • All returns must be shipped pre-paid to Bee's Knees Wellness. Shipping-collect packages will not be accepted.
  • The customer assumes the risk of loss during shipping. If the returned items are not received by Bee's Knees Wellness, it is the customer's responsibility to trace the shipment.
  • No refund or replacement of any items will be made if these conditions are not met.
